What the current blog uses
The blog uses browser local storage for two optional conveniences: remembering a chosen light or dark theme and remembering saved article IDs on this device. Local storage differs from cookies: these values are not automatically attached to every web request.
Stored values
aiwablog-theme stores the selected appearance. aiwablog-saved stores saved article IDs. Both remain until you remove them or your browser clears the site’s storage. Neither provides cross-device synchronisation or an account.
Analytics and advertising
The current application does not install analytics or advertising tags and does not set optional tracking cookies. We will revise this notice and provide any required choices before introducing such features. This statement describes the blog application, not the independent practices of linked services.
Your controls
Use the theme button to change appearance and each article’s Save control to add or remove that article. To remove all stored preferences, clear this site’s data in browser settings. Blocking browser storage may prevent these conveniences; reading articles remains available.
Other services
Firebase Hosting processes technical requests needed to deliver the site. LinkedIn and other linked sites may use their own cookies after you visit them. Read the Privacy Policy for more information or contact info@aiwa.om.
