Scope and contact
This policy covers aiwaBlog, operated by aiwa, an EliteTech company. For privacy questions, contact info@aiwa.om. Other aiwa products and external websites have their own policies.
Visiting the website
Pages and images are delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Delivering and securing the site can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Google processes service information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. See Firebase privacy information.
Search, bookmarks and preferences
Search runs in your browser against a downloaded article index; the current blog does not submit search terms to an application search service. Saved article IDs and your selected theme are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not synced to an account or sent to us by these features. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them.
Messages you send
The current blog has no account registration, newsletter signup, comment form or checkout. If you email us, we receive the address and information you include so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Email providers may process the message as part of delivery.
Use, access and retention
Information shared directly with us is used to respond, resolve the issue raised, protect our services and meet applicable obligations. Access should be limited to those who need it for those purposes. Messages may be retained while needed to handle your request and any associated legal or operational obligations; the blog does not promise a fixed deletion period for email or hosting-provider records.
Cookies and measurement
The current blog code does not enable advertising trackers, analytics tags or optional tracking cookies. It uses functional local storage for theme and saved articles. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data independently of those features. See our Cookies & Local Storage notice.
External services and international processing
Following a LinkedIn, product or other external link takes you to a separate service governed by its own rules. Hosting and email providers may process information in countries outside your own. Provider safeguards and applicable data-protection requirements govern that processing.
Your choices and requests
You can clear site storage through your browser, avoid sending optional information, and ask us about information you have shared. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, or to complain to a relevant authority. Email us to make a request; reasonable identity verification may be needed.
Updates
We will update this notice if the blog’s features or data practices change. The revision date helps you identify the current version.
